*Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed over to USPS, NIAH'S HAIR WAY is not responsible for delays.
🚫 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
NIAH'S HAIR WAY is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If your shipment was insured, you may file a claim with USPS.

For uninsured shipments marked as "Delivered," we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
🌎 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees related to international deliveries.
📦 RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or if unclaimed:

A 25% restocking fee will apply.

Reshipping is available upon request, and additional shipping charges will apply.
